Yesterday, Joe Biden was inaugurated as the 46th president of the United States. I’m eager to see what happens — and does not happen — during his term. Naturally, I was curious about Biden’s pick for Secretary of Education. Although not yet confirmed, Biden has selected Miguel Cardona to America’s top education position.
